Pyrex won't crack in the freezer! I remember this was an important lesson from high school chemistry: only special glass can be heated and cooled to extreme temperatures. :)
That is seriously good to know... I really like using glass for everything. I guess I'll try some pyrex in the freezer- hopefully we'll have no repeats!
